I bought pants from Jann June last year and they’re still in great shape. They’ve been through wash so many times, but no weird seams, no fading or anything like that. Fabric still feels strong too, so yeah, I’m happy with quality

I do like the site overall and I didn’t have any major problems using it, but the customer support experience was just kind of okay for me. I had a question and expected to hear back a little sooner, mostly because I figured it would be a simple thing to answer. They did eventually get back to me, and to be fair, the person who replied was polite and helpful enough. It wasn’t a bad interaction or anything like that, it just took longer than I personally would have liked. So overall, I’d say the site itself is good, but the support could definitely be a bit faster.

I had to swap out a size and it was really simple. They got back to me fast, and the new item showed up without any drama at all. I’m really happy with how smoothly they handled everything.

I ordered from jannjune because I liked that they talk about fair production and better materials. Maybe I’m just not the best at navigating these things, but some of the sustainability info felt a little scattered to me. I found myself clicking around quite a bit to piece it all together. Overall, I still think it’s a good idea and I appreciate the effort, I just wish everything was a bit easier to understand in one place.

I don’t know, it just feels like a brand that’s being straight with you. Nothing weird or overhyped, so yeah, I trust them.

I got a top from JAN 'N JUNE, and I really liked the cut. It fit nicely and looked cute on, and at first the fabric felt totally fine — soft enough and not scratchy or anything.

I don’t know why, but after wearing it for a few hours, it started to feel a little thin and not quite as comfy as I expected for the price. I’ll still wear it, but it’s probably not going to be one of my go-to pieces
